At Oh! Venus, we ship to customers in Malaysia and internationally. 
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on 
weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Malaysia)
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. 
Express shipping options may be available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to selected countries worldwide including the United States, 
United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, and more. International delivery 
typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs 
processing times.

DISCREET PACKAGING
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication 
of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been 
dispatched.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed 
by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the 
customer and are not included in the order total.
