Always. Every Venus order ships in a plain, sealed box or padded mailer with no indication of the contents on the outside — no logo, no product name, nothing.

Your payment statement will show VNS Commerce — never "Venus," never any product description. This applies to all payment methods.

No. Your order details are private. The packaging gives nothing away, the billing descriptor is neutral, and your account information is fully confidential.

What you order is between you and Venus. That's where it stays.

Yes — completely. Every product in our collection is made from phthalate-free silicone or premium ABS plastic. We carry nothing containing latex, jelly, or PVC — materials that can cause irritation or degrade over time.

Body safety is not a selling point for us. It is our minimum standard.

Most Venus products are waterproof. Each listing specifies the water rating:

Always check the product listing for its specific rating. Never submerge a product you cannot confirm is IPX7 rated.

For silicone products — which is most of our collection — always use a water-based lubricant. Silicone-based lubricants react with silicone toys, breaking down the surface over time and making them unsafe to use.

ABS plastic and stainless steel products are compatible with all lubricant types.

Battery life varies by product and usage. Each product listing includes the specific charge time and run time. Lithium batteries generally last 2–3 years with regular use.

For best battery health — charge before it fully depletes, use the provided cable, and store at around 50–70% charge if not using for extended periods.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and materials carefully before purchasing.

Sealed, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.

Yes — all Venus products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or physical impact.

Rinse with warm (not hot) water and a small amount of mild, fragrance-free soap before and after every use. Rinse thoroughly, pat dry with a clean cloth, and allow to air dry fully before storing.

Never use alcohol-based cleaners, antibacterial soaps, or anything fragranced — these can degrade the silicone surface and cause skin irritation.

Store in the included pouch or a clean cloth bag, in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight. Always ensure the product is fully dry before storing.

Keep silicone products stored separately — two silicone products in direct contact will chemically bond and degrade each other's surface over time.
