Defective or damaged items

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email ohvenus.shop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll assess and replace it — no questions asked.

What counts as defective

  • Product does not power on straight from the box
  • Physical damage (cracked housing, broken cable) on arrival
  • Wrong item shipped

What is not covered

  • Change of mind
  • Opened products returned due to personal preference
  • Products used and then reported faulty without timely notice

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as they are processed immediately.
